All rentals are booked online through our online scheduling system. Your time slot includes setup and cleanup, so please plan accordingly. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. On the day of your rental you will receive a text with instructions to access the studio. Please make sure you enter in the correct email and phone number when booking. We are not responsible if you do any text or e-mail communication due to incorrect information.

The studio offers approximately 1,000sqft of open space with beautiful natural light and a clean, minimal aesthetic.

The studio is available to rent from 6am-8pm, 7 days a week. Please email theopalescentstudio@gmail.com if you would like to book outside of these hours.

Hours

The studio is available for small events like baby showers, engagement celebrations, wedding showers, and as a space to get ready the morning of your wedding. Please contact us for a personalized quote at theopalescentstudio@gmail.com for events involving more than 10 people. Our recommended occupancy limit for the space is around 30-40 people.

Events

To help us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all:

- No smoking, drinking, vaping, or drug use of any kind in the studio. Violators will be fined $100.
- Music must be kept at a reasonable volume
- Nails, tacks, or the use of damaging material are prohibited. Command hooks and wall friendly tape is allowed to hang things.
- Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing by the Company in advance of the reservation.
- No glitter or confetti
- Please treat furniture and props with care

Rules

We get it, plans can change, you may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice to another date within 60 days of initial booking. Cancellations made after 48 hours notice, unless due to extreme circumstances, will not receive a full refund.

If you cancel your rental within 48 hours' notice, you will receive a one time code to reschedule your booking within 60 days.

Rescheduling is on a first come, first serve basis and The Opalescent Studio cannot guarantee any certain date or time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. Clean up any messes, return furniture and props to their original places, and remove all personal items and trash. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the space is left untidy or if any belongings are left behind.

Renters are responsible for any damage caused during their rental. A credit card is required at booking for incidentals or damages. The Opalescent Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
